She has also staffed the House Finance The committee with experience in policy development, legislative drafting, and revenue estimates.Sarah hasserved as the director of policy for the Pennsylvania Treasury, leading research, analysis, and public engagement related to public pension reform and the expansion ofprivate-sectorsavings options.Sarah previously served as a financial analyst for Arlington County, Virginia.Priorto joining the public sector, Sarah was a project manager for the Pew Charitable Trusts.She has also led research projects for the Brookings Institution, George Mason University, and the University ofPennsylvania.
