Dan Howard, long time member of HPR and Thurston First Commercial Banker, was installed as new Hawks Prairie Rotary Club President at the Upper Clubhouse by Assistant District governor Jonathon Sprouffske. Outgoing President Noel Ostrander presented his BOD and Officers with Thank You Certificates and Jonathon installed new 2017-2018 BOD and Officers who attended. Noel also received his HPR President's jacket given to all past Presidents.
