Beth Henriquez
Her passion for small business started young in her hometown of Kalamazoo, Michigan, where trips to local stores and markets with her father taught her the value of knowing and supporting business owners. That early lesson continues to guide her work today: fostering programs that are inclusive, accessible, and human-centered. Beth believes that starting a business requires courage, creativity, and resilience — and she finds joy in walking alongside entrepreneurs as they face fears, overcome setbacks, and bring their dreams to life. |

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington
Apr. 03, 2026 12:00 p.m.
We will be hearing from Keith Ann Campbell. She is the Executive Director of Big Brother, Big Sister.
"I have been the Executive Director of BBBS for a year and a half. A dedicated mother of three and grandmother of six, I have a passion for nurturing and supporting children and families. In December of 2023, I made the move from Northwest Florida to Olympia, where I continue to embrace my commitment to advocacy and education. For nine years, I managed a Children's Advocacy Center, providing crucial support to children in need. Before that, I spent many rewarding years as a teacher, shaping young minds and fostering a love of learning. My heart lies in making a difference in the lives of children, and I carry that mission with me in every role I take on.
