directly interwoven into DG 5020 Brian Beagle's speech was a 4 avenues of Service Award. DG Beagle, said he had never even seen one of these awards, and was very thrilled to present this award to Bob Kagy. A Rotarian, can only receive this award once, and it is given when a Rotarian exemplifies Rotary in all 4 avenues of Service. Community, Vocational, International, and Club Serivce. Not many people realize, that Bob Kagy is also Past President of the Lacey Rotary Club, where he was instrumental in starting their Duck Dash, which is their major fundraiser.
